PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our shop. ETA/WAIT Time is AROUND 1 TO 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

Pre-order/back-order is placing orders in advance and requires a payment in full.

DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Full payment is required, to be made at checkout, via Paypal/Venmo

2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.

3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee whem products will be available. We will ship orders the moment they are available, providing tracking with every order

4.Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than expected due to several factors (eg: customs)

Estimated Date of Arrival/ ETA- based on the shipment schedule of the collaborting vednors working with CaryAll RC This may take a little longer than we expect. So please, manage your expectations when it comes to ETA. But we can assure a maximum of 60-days arrival, or your money-back guarantee.* (please see separate note)

*ETA: 60-day refund policy Usually products arrive on time, and when delays (that are due to circumstances beyond our control) occur greater than 60-days, we will provide full refund of payment made or a compromise agreement can be discussed by both parties (CarryAll RC). Thank you.

5.Cancellation: Ordered items are considered sold. Pre-Ordered items and payments are not refundable & can not be exchanged for other tools/items/services.

6. If in case, your ordered item/s did not arrive to CarryAll RC, we will refund your payment in full. (see *ETA 60 day refund policy)

7. Orders without any payment made will be automatically cancelled.

8. All made to order items are considered SOLD & FINAL: no returns/exchange/ cancellation after payment is made.

9. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.

10. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. For customers who expect immediate delivery of pre-order items and cannot conform with the pre-order timeline set forth by CarryAll RC, we highly recommend NOT TO PLACE ORDER to avoid frustration and misunderstanding in the future. We would greatly appreciate your kind understanding and consideration in the timeline arrival & delivery.
